BIG RED INFLATABLES POLICIES
RENTAL-Equipment is to be delivered in good working condition and returned in the same condition
as delivered. Upon delivery, all equipment should be inspected by lessee. The lessee shall notify
delivery staff at set up if equipment is damaged. All equipment, machines, or inflatables, shall be
returned cleaned, free of damages and debris. If any equipment starts to malfunction, please exit
the unit, and shut turn off the power. Please contact our delivery staff at 402-331-7161 or email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org in the event of any problems. The Lessee is responsible for supplying
electrical power to the location for delivery. We will provide the units, blowers, and extension cords
for set up. Please contact park supervisors if electrical power is required.
INFLATABLES- No water can be used on inflatables at any time. Please make sure sprinklers are turned
off and any pet feces is cleared of the area. Do not allow any gum, candy, confetti, silly string, food,
drinks, liquid, or any other items on inflatables. Do not wear shoes, or have sharp objects such as toys,
jewelry, etc. on the inflatable as this may puncture unit.
SAFETY- All equipment will be supervised by an adult at least 19 years old always by the lessee. Follow
all rules and safety instructions posted on the inflatables and machines on the manufactures labels.
Ramak Enterprises d/b/a Big Red Inflatables, or any person acting on behalf of Big Red Inflatables is
not responsible or liable for any and all injuries or damages to property or bodily injuries.
WEATHER POLICY- Inflatables WILL NOT be set up outdoors in the event the outdoor temperature is
less than 50 degrees during the rental period or in the event a storm is expected. We do watch the
weather and want you to get the most out of the rental so in the event of severe weather, we will
contact you if this is the case to make alternate arrangements or reschedule or set up at an alternate
indoor location. Inflatables cannot be set up during rain, high winds, hail, or lightning. If the weather
turns bad AFTER a unit is set up, discounts or credits WILL NOT be given. Please exit the inflatable
immediately in the event of heavy winds, lightening, or storm warnings. Please discontinue use
immediately, turn off inflatable blower and/or turn off machines and unplug from all electrical
sources. We also cannot deliver an indoor rental if it is raining, sleeting, snowing as may damage the
unit while transporting. A full refund will be given in the event the weather does not permit us to
delivery and set up a unit.
PAYMENT- We accept cash or credit cards for payments only. The rental must be paid in full by 5pm
on Friday for weekend rentals and by 5pm the day before a weekday rental.
l rentals are required to be paid in full prior to the delivery. A credit card number is required as a
security deposit in the event of damage to a unit.
DEPOSIT-A deposit of ½ the rental total will be required at the time of the reservation. We also offer
$10 off each unit on 2 or more units or $20 off a concession rental with 2 or more inflatable units
DAMAGE DEPOSIT-A credit card/debit card number is REQUIRED to be kept on file for each rental in
the event of damages. Cleaning fees are at the rate of $40 per hour on inflatable units and $40 per
RENTAL AVAILABILITY- Rentals can be set up between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm each day and are
available on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will not be made and considered rented until
the rental is paid for in full, the rental contract is signed and executed, and a credit card number is
on file for damages.
DISCOUNTS-We offer a 10% discount for schools, churches, military or non-profit organiziations.
PREPARATION/TARPS-Tarps are required on all cement with one per bouncer except for the obstacles
which require 2 tarps. All outdoor surfaces must be free of weeds, stickers, sticks, dog feces, gravel,
sand, or water or will not be set up. Units will not be set up on uneven surfaces that are sharp and
can puncture or damage units. There will be an automatic $20 tarp charge per tarp when
applicable. Big Red Inflatables reserves the right to terminate rental in the event the set up area does
not meet our requirements.
DELIVERY-Delivery will be made approximately 30-45 minutes before your event time. The rental time
starts when the unit is set up. Deliveries made prior to these times may result in additional charges.
Additional charges may also be charged in the event that a rental is requested for a longer period of
time; however, these must be paid at time of pick up or prior and are only available if the unit is
available which is at the discretion of Big Red Inflatable staff. We offer FREE delivery within 10 miles of
our office. Each additional mile is charged at the rate of $.55 per mile round trip. This will be
calculated into your rental price.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS-In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be given if cancelled MORE
than 7 days from the reserved date. A full credit will be given towards another rental with
cancellation less than 7 days. In climate weather cancellations will be refunded in full upon the sole
discretion of Big Red Inflatables. Credits are transferrable.
